Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. We will provide an estimated timeline at the time of purchase.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Economy Shipping (5-10 business days)
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
We currently only offer shipping options within the U.S.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact us at taymadeart@gmail.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Tay Made Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging at taymadeart@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
